Got up with the menses cramp, i can almost roll on the floor, screaming!
Neither can i stand straight nor sit long...
i can only lie down.
Don't know outta what sudden, daddy bought ice kacang for me.
No choice, i ate it up... =X tht's why im suffering from this extreme pain.

& i am vexed bout how am i going to go KL like this !?
it'll be in great mess and i'll not be able to play water activites. f*
it totally spoil my trip !
